The Most Instagrammable Spots in L.A.

In honor of our recent move to Los Angeles, we're sharing what we think are the most Instagrammable spots in LA. One of our favorite ways to explore a city is by finding all the best photo spots. Okay, and the best food spots (obviously). LA is full of beautiful places. From all of the stunning beaches to the palm tree lined streets, the city of stars is the ideal location to get the best photos to share on Instagram.

So, here are our favorite photo spots in Los Angeles:

Malibu Farm: Start the day off with the most beautiful ocean view and our favorite brunch spot in the city at Malibu Farm. Choose to eat outside so you can take in the views of the majestic cliffs and perfectly blue ocean, and then after brunch, snap a few pics on the pier.

Griffith Observatory: Okay, La La Land definitely made this spot wayyy more touristy, but it's by far my favorite place in the city. I love the view from the top and if you go right before sunset, you can watch the sunset over the city and it'll really feel like you're on top of the world.

Santa Monica Pier: Santa Monica is such a fun spot! The pier is basically an adult playground, and the beach is the perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon. There are so many different ways you can make this spot Instagrammable too, which is part of what makes it so fun! Play on the beach, ride the ferris wheel, eat cotton candy on the pier! The possibilities are endless. And they're fun, so it's a win win. Be sure to stay for sunset and watch the pier as it lights up. Not only do all the colors make the pier more photogenic, but it's also beautiful watching the sunset over the ocean.

LACMA Lights: The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is one of our favorite museums in the city! The Urban Light sculpture is famous and the perfect place to get that Instagram shot. The lights have been feature in movies like Valentine's Day and No Strings Attached, and people even choose to get married with these lights as their back drop, so not only are they famous, but they're also pretty romantic. Spend some time wandering the LACMA, and then go outside and take a few shots at the iconic Urban Light sculpture.

Paul Smith Wall: I know everyone's saying that yellow is the new millenial pink, but there's nothing like a pink wall to make your Instagram likes go up. The Paul Smith Wall on Melrose Ave is the perfect spot to get that all pink shot.

Venice: Venice has so much to offer! From the lifeguard stands to the classic Venice sign, it's the perfect place to go in the city to take a photo "for the gram." Ride a skateboard, wander through the canals, or hop on the lifeguard stand and bring all the Ryan and Marissa vibes and memories from The O.C. back to life. Walk along Abbott Kinney for colorful murals and the most delicious restaurants.

Sure there's more to life than Instagram, but no one ever went on a trip and came back sad, because they had too many pictures to post. I mean, right? If you're ever in LA, be sure to hit up these spots whether you want to take a picture or not.
