If you haven’t noticed by now, I love Madewell. Everything from their dresses and their jeans to their bags and jewelry, my entire closet is basically from Madewell. Each of their pieces is so versatile, and they have everything you need for a trip. Since I normally pack in a carry-on and don’t bring a whole lot of outfits with me, I love how each of Madewell’s pieces can easily be mixed and matched with each other for every type of destination.
I’m so excited to have teamed up with Madewell on our trip to Europe to show you how all of their pieces work perfectly whether you’re on the road or at home. Last month, we spent three weeks sailing around the Greek isles, exploring Paris, and visiting Estonia for the first time, and even though we were going to three different climates, Madewell had just what I needed for each destination.

Sailing around the Greek isles meant spending all day in a bathing suit and exploring different islands. I love this colorful bathing suit, because it’s not only cute but it’s also comfortable, which makes it perfect for jumping off the boat, riding on an ATV around the island, and relaxing in the sun.
I also love a good jumper, because it can so easily be dressed up or dressed down—throw it on over a bathing suit, dress it up with a cardigan and booties, or keep it casual with sandals, the possibilities are endless. Plus it makes it so easy to wear one thing and be ready to go for the day or night.

You know I’m all about a good bandana, and I always pack two or three with me for every trip. They’re so versatile and can easily spruce up any outfit. I can wear it as a head wrap, tie it around a pony tail (perfect for when it’s been a few days since I’ve washed my hair, but I still want to look put together), wrap it around my neck for the ultimate Parisian look, or tie it onto my purse for a little extra flair. I loved wearing my bandana around my neck on this trip, because it felt so Parisian chic. Bandanas are the most simple yet versatile accessory. I literally buy every new one Madewell comes out with.
This purple backpack is absolutely perfect for traveling. I was able to fit my camera, some snacks, wallet, sunglasses, and a sweater (for when I inevitably got cold) all inside of it. The actual backpack was comfortable to wear all day, which is so important, because we hardly ever go back to our hotel room during the day, so when we’re out, we’re out for the whole day which means I’m carrying whatever I brought with me for a solid 10-14 hours. The color is perfect for the transitioning from summer into fall, and the actual bag itself is cute, so it doesn’t ruin the outfit, which I feel like happens with a lot of bags that are big enough to hold my camera and what I need for the day.

I always like to bring layers, because even though we were only in Europe, the climate from Greece to Paris to Estonia is so different. Even if you’re going from London to Paris, the climate is so different, and the weather changes so fast, so I love packing layers. That way I never get too cold, and I can also easily take off sweaters when it gets warm or the sun comes out that day. Also, planes are so unpredictable, so I almost always need a sweater at some point while flying.
This cardigan is one of my absolute favorites, because it’s perfect for cool summer nights and brisk fall days. I honestly get it in a different color every year that’s how much I love it. It also fits perfectly under a heavier jacket for the colder months. And there’s nothing like a cozy sweater, because you can wear it over a shirt or by itself and it’s not itchy or uncomfortable at all.
Thanks Madewell for literally always having just what I need to make figuring out what to wear for each trip so. much. easier.
I’ve heard good things about Madewell but I don’t have anything from there yet! It’s good to know that their pieces are great to travel with though since that’s what I need!
Yes all of their pieces are amazing! I’m literally obsessed. But yes, I totally agree! It’s so important to have good quality clothes when you’re traveling!
I don’t have anything from madewell, but have heard awesome things about their clothes! Especially their jeans!
Ah their jeans are my FAV! They also have an amazing donation program where you can donate an old pair of jeans (any brand) and get $20 off a new pair of jeans!
Nice outfits but I personally do not choose to spend between $50 to over $100 for a simple blouse/top and $150 or better for a pair of jeans. I can find clothes I like at discount and thrift stores that look just as nice and for a lot less money.
That’s the best part about fashion! We can all choose to spend our money and express ourselves differently!
I loooove Madewell clothes as well, I often travel to Europe and I get many compliments wearing Madewell clothes. You look chic, beautiful and comfortable!
