We spent the last year renovating our house, and the one place that we knew we wanted to make sure turned out exactly how we wanted it was our kitchen. We spent a lot of time trying to find the best kitchen appliances for our renovation. Since every kitchen needs appliances to make it fully functioning, we felt very strongly that we needed to chose appliances that not only made our kitchen practical, but also created the overall aesthetic that we were going for. We knew we’d be spending a lot of time in our kitchen, so we really wanted an open space that felt natural and balanced while still feeling homey. When you spend a lot of time, money, and effort on the design of a kitchen renovation, the last thing you want to do is ruin it with mismatched appliances. We were looking for panel-ready appliances as well as options with brass and stainless steel accents to fit in with the rest of the design of our space, and we were absolutely thrilled to discover Forté Appliances had literally every appliance we could hope for that matched our desires for both functionality and aesthetic! Here are the best luxury kitchen appliances you absolutely need in your kitchen renovation:
Best LUXURY kitchen appliances
Here’s a little before and after to show you what we were working with when we started.
Forté Freestanding Range
No kitchen is complete without a range, and we absolutely love the look of this Forté 30″ White Freestanding Gas Range. Not only is it so beautiful (we’re obsessed with the white with brass accents), but it also works so well! It’s a multi-functional convection oven, so it cooks really well. Every time I make cookies (which is pretty often let’s be honest), the cookies bake evenly every single time, which if you bake, you know is a very rare occurrence for most ovens.
The Forté Range has Italian brass burners and edge-to-edge continuous grates, which makes it’s really easy to move pots and pans around as you’re cooking. The stovetop actually cooks at the levels that it says, and inside the oven, there are gliding racks, which makes it so easy to put things in and take things out of the oven without burning yourself.
Forté makes a variety of ranges that come in a lot of different color and size combinations, so you can really choose one that fits your space perfectly. We have their smallest option, but I honestly feel like there’s still plenty of space to cook multiple things at once!
Forté Refrigerator with Built-In Bottom Freezer
One of our biggest goals with our kitchen was to create a symmetrical and balanced space with a lot of natural light and white oak. In order to keep the symmetry, we needed a panel-ready refrigerator, so we could balance it out on both sides, which is why we were honestly so excited to find the Forté Refrigerator, because it is panel-ready and also so spacious! Not only is it absolutely stunning by itself, but it also blends into the rest of the cabinetry in our kitchen so well. The panel-ready option from Forté really elevates the overall look of the refrigerator and makes it feel like a luxury kitchen appliance.
Our kitchen is relatively small, and even though we have Forté’s thinnest refrigerator option, we still feel like it is SO spacious and there really is plenty of room inside for everything we need. Since Forté has appliances in all different size options, it made it really easy for us to find the perfect size for our space.
Inside the refrigerator, there’s a filtered water dispenser, which we use about 100x a day. There’s a lock on the display panel, which is awesome for families who have young children (like us) and don’t want littles messing with all of the buttons inside. And you can change the temperature really easily for both the refrigerator and freezer. You can even set it to exact temperatures like 36° F or 0° F. There’s also a holiday mode that you can turn on when you go out of town to help conserve energy while you’re traveling and not actively using it throughout the day. There’s LED lighting which makes it really easy to see everything inside, and there are two transparent crisper drawers that make it easy to stay organized and also still see all of your food.
The built-in bottom freezer is really deep and spacious and is divided in a way that makes it really easy to keep everything organized. There’s a top drawer, so you can easily separate and organize your food. Even with all of my frozen fruit for smoothies, I still feel like there’s plenty of room. There’s also a built-in ice maker, which is really nice if you’re an ice lover (like me haha).

Forté Dishwasher
Dishwashers are notoriously not very pretty on their own, so if you’re looking for a dishwasher with an elevated and luxurious look, be sure to get a panel-ready dishwasher. We got the panel-ready dishwasher from Forté appliances, and it’s so discreet, you’d hardly even know it’s a dishwasher. We love that it matches the rest of the look of the kitchen. The buttons to start and stop it are on top in the inside, which is so nice when you have small children, because our daughter isn’t always starting it or stopping it when we don’t want her to. There’s also a timer on the inside, so if you (or your partner) accidentally open it before it’s done, it will show you how much time is left and you’ll know it needs to keep going.
It has six different wash modes, and a sanitize and high temp mode. It also has a top rack, which I love using for bottle parts, straws, pacifiers, and other little kid things. It has 16 place settings, so you can wash more dishes in fewer loads and conserve water. It honestly works really well and is easy to load all different types of dishes!

Forté Range Hood
We have the Forté Range Hood Insert above our range. When we were renovating, we built a frame box for it to sit in, and then we drywalled around that and Ryan did a tadelakt plaster on top of that to complete the design for our space.
The range hood is really easy to turn on, it has four different fan levels, and there’s LED lighting, so you can see even better as you’re cooking. I am really sensitive to smells, so I love how the Forté Range Hood removes odors and fumes when we’re cooking. It’s made from stainless steel, which ensures long lasting durability. And there’s a delay shut off, so you can set a timer to turn off your hood to remove all the leftover smoke or odor after you’re done cooking without you having to standby and shut it off on your own.

Forté Microwave Drawer
We have never had a fully functioning microwave, since we got married eight years ago, so we knew when we were renovating that we wanted to include a microwave, but we also wanted to make sure it was hidden. We didn’t want the microwave to be the first thing you saw when you walked into the kitchen, so we put in on the backside of our kitchen island, and we went with the microwave drawer from Forté Appliances, so it was even more sleek and discreet. You open and close it with the press of a button, and the drawer goes in and out automatically. It’s stainless steel, so it looks clean and stylish. And not only does it look amazing, but it also works really well! It effectively and efficiently warms up our food, plus it has 10 power levels and an auto cook function that takes the guess work out of how long to put popcorn, pizza, soup, etc. in for. It also has a melt and soften function, which I use a lot to melt butter or soften coconut oil for baking!
It also has a toddler lock, which is really nice, so our two-year-old can’t just open and close and start the microwave all day long.
