I love spring, because it feels like everything is finally alive again. The flowers come out, there’s a butterfly migration happening in California right now, and it’s the perfect temperature outside. It’s my favorite time of year to travel, because the best beaches aren’t completely crowded from summer yet, but it’s warm enough to be outside all day and actually enjoy it. Which makes spring shopping so much fun! You don’t have to be all bundled up anymore but you’re not dying from heat yet, so you want to be wearing more than just a bathing suit. It’s my favorite season, and I am loving all the spring trends this year. Here are some of my spring travel staples:
A Versatile Dress
Throw a sweater or a jacket over it. Wear a shirt over it and treat it like a skirt. Or wear it by itself. My favorite part about a good dress while traveling is that it can be worn in a variety of different ways making it so you have two or three outfits in one.

Goes-With-Everything Sweater
Even though it’s finally warming up outside, it doesn’t matter where you’re visiting, it’s almost guaranteed to be chilly at some point during your trip. And nothing ruins a day out exploring quite like being cold. I love sweaters like this that are easy to tie around your waist or throw in your backpack, so you can put them on and take them off as you please. I love a neutral white or beige that goes with everything, so it doesn’t matter if I’m wearing a dress, jeans, or bright colors, because it’ll still match whatever I’m wearing.

A Wear all Day Swimsuit
My favorite part about spring is that it means it’s finally warming up! Which means swimsuit weather! Whenever we’re on our trips, I find myself wearing my bathing suit all day long, which means I want something super comfortable but also cute, so I can throw on jean shorts or a dress over it.

“Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking.” I know. But these pants are actually EVERYTHING. I got them a few days ago, and I haven’t stopped wearing them since. They come in like 5 different colors, and I want them in all of them. And how good are these floral jumpsuits?!
